Create account
A username and a password. No email needed. Usernames are 3–30 characters: lower-case letters, numbers, dots and underscores. Your public id is the username plus four digits — @name#1847 — and that is what a friend types to find you.

Log in
Username and password, or an email address and a six-digit code sent to it.
Continue without an account
Every feature works. Everything stays in this browser until you sign in, at which point what you did anonymously moves into the account.

What happens next
If the account already has reads, you land on the Dashboard. If it is new, you land on Scan, which asks for the extension.
