Troubleshooting
The panel says not attached, a scan hangs, a change did nothing.
"Extension needs to be added"
The app's Scan page shows this until Chrome pairs. Install the extension (Install), open the side panel on a Peltify tab, and the panel disappears by itself.
The panel says it is not paired
Open a Peltify tab first, then the panel. If you pressed Unpair earlier, press Pair. Pairing only happens on Peltify's own pages.
I changed the extension and nothing changed
An unpacked extension is loaded by path and Chrome keeps the old code until you press the reload arrow on chrome://extensions. Reload the Peltify tab afterwards.
A scan stops early
That is allowed. A service that throttles, a page that would not load, a session that expired — the read keeps what it got and the count carries a +. Sign in to the service again in that tab if the session expired, then scan again.
A service asks me to sign in
Sign in in that tab, as you normally would. Peltify never receives what you type; the next scan uses the session Chrome already has.
