Run a scan

A scan reads the services you ticked, in your own tabs, and stores what it found under your account. It can be started from the app's Scan page or from the panel; both show the same list.

Pick the platforms

In the panel, Platforms to scan opens the chooser. Tick a service and it appears in the Scan list — and in the app's Scan page at the same moment.

Press Scan

One button works through everything that is ready. For each service Chrome opens a tab group named and coloured for it, walks the pages your account can see, and closes the group when it is done.

What you see while it runs

• The status line in the panel says what is happening right now — the real step, not a spinner.
• The app's Scan table shows Last read and Items per service, straight from the read log.
• A read that has to stop early keeps what it got and says so. Its count carries a +, which means "at least this many".

Stop, and turn off

• Stop all ends the running scan. What was already read is kept.
• Turn off parks the extension: no socket, no reads, until you turn it on again.

Allowance

The panel states your allowance exactly as the server reports it — nothing invented. Each scan costs real money to process, so there is a daily limit; it is higher with an account than without.
